Privacy Policy
This page describes, in plain language, what data this site collects and what happens to it. The short version: the only personal data you can give us is what you type into the inquiry form, it is used only to reply to you, and you can have it deleted on request.
1. The inquiry form
The form on the Business Trips & Factories page collects: your name, your email address, an optional note on timing, and your message. When you submit it:
- The message is stored in the site's database (hosted on Cloudflare) so the inquiry is not lost, and kept for up to two years, after which it is deleted automatically.
- The message is also sent to the site operator's email inbox, and an automatic confirmation is sent to you.
- A per-email rate limit (5 messages per day) is kept for 2 days to stop abuse.
Your message is used only to reply to your inquiry. It is not added to any mailing list, not sold, not shared with third parties for marketing, and not used for any other purpose. If your inquiry leads to actual trip arrangements, any further data handling is agreed with you directly at that point.
2. Analytics
Pages load Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which guides are useful. GA4 sets cookies and collects usage data (pages viewed, rough region, device type) — not the content of anything you type. You can block it with any browser setting or extension that restricts cookies or scripts.
3. Server logs
Like any website, the hosting provider (Cloudflare) keeps standard technical logs — IP address, requested URL, timestamps — for security and abuse prevention. These are kept by Cloudflare under its own retention policy and are not used for marketing.
4. Your rights
If you are in the EU/EEA, the UK, or elsewhere with similar laws, you can ask to see, correct or delete any personal data you submitted, or ask any question about it. Email [email protected] and it will be handled within 30 days — in practice much faster, since the data lives in one operator's inbox and one database.
5. Changes
If this policy changes materially, the date at the top will change with it. The form itself will always link to this page.
